AGM VENTURES ENT INC: From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leader
In the annals of entrepreneurial history, the narrative of AGM Ventures Ent. Inc. stands as a testament to resilience, adaptability, and visionary leadership. Born from humble beginnings, this enterprise underwent a remarkable transformation, embracing change and innovation to become a prominent player in the world of wooden pallets and packaging solutions.
Originally known as ACM, the company specialized in crafting wooden cases for soft drink giants such as Coca-Cola Philippines and Cosmos Bottling Corp. ACM's journey took a pivotal turn in 1988 when it changed ownership, passing into the capable hands of Mr. Johnny L. Gabayan III, who acquired the company for Php250,000.00 only. To realize this vision, Mr. Gabayan enlisted the services of managers Joselito L. Gabayan, Elmer Mendoza, and Sabrina L. Gabayan to oversee the production, accounting, and marketing departments, respectively.
However, this endeavor faced a turbulent period when soft drink companies transitioned to plastic cases, prompting Mr. Johnny L. Gabayan III to embark on a new venture. Recognizing the surging demand for wooden pallets, he made the bold decision to dissolve ACM and establish a new corporation, giving birth to AGM Ventures Ent. Inc. (AVEI) on May 5, 1990.
As time unfolded, Mr. Johnny L. Gabayan III envisioned an expansion, placing a strategic hub within Rosario PEZA, Cavite, and introduced AGM Packaging Systems Ltd. Corp. (APSLC) on May 5, 2006. These two sister companies complement each other harmoniously, with AVEI serving as the manufacturer and APSLC as a versatile service provider and manufacturer.
